POINT #1: Do you let irrational fear drive you?

  • Do you have fear in your life that is BULLSHIT?
  • E.g. the fear of your plane crashing for instance.

POINT #2: We go through our lives fearful, often.

  • We all have irrational fears that stress us out.
  • Things like public speaking, meeting new people etc.

POINT #3: Look at where you FEAR is stopping you doing what you want to do.

  • Does your FEAR of being vulnerable stop you from meeting new people?
  • Does your FEAR of failure stop you trying new things?

QUESTION:

  • How much does FEAR paralyse you from really loving, embracing and enjoying your life?

ACTION:

  • Identify 1 thing in each of the 4 areas of your life where FEAR stops you enjoying yourself.
