So what does it mean to live The Strong Life? It’s about creating a life of Strength, Tenacity, Resilience, Optimism, Nurturing and Generosity. It means you live your life like there are no second chances, constantly striving to be the best you can possibly be and creating high performing success in all areas of your life.

It means to live to your potential, no matter what…. NO EXCUSES!!!

Nobody wants to live a mediocre life, but so many people do because they don’t know how to get out of their own way, conquer their fear and get moving to do the work necessary to be truly happy and fulfilled.   • The Tenacity to find the way to the life you truly want to create.
  • The Tenacity to create solutions to what doesn’t work for you.
  • The Tenacity to do what other people can’t or won’t do.

RESILIENCE

  • The Resilience to get up when life knocks you down.
  • The Resilience to NEVER give up on your dreams even if it looks hopeless.
  • The Resilience to ALWAYS keep going, no matter what.

OPTIMISM

  • The Optimism to know that life can, and will, always get better.
  • The Optimism to know there’s a light at the end of the tunnel.
  • The Optimism to know that you can create whatever it is that you really want.

NURTURING

  • Nurturing yourself to enable you to make a significant impact on peoples lives.
  • Nurturing for your family and friends to show them how to live a life they will love.
  • Nurturing for the world to know you’re making it a better place through your impact.

GENEROSITY

  • The Generosity to give all of yourself to the people you love.
  • The Generosity to help people who are in need and have an impact on their life.
  • The Generosity to give to yourself to make sure you live a life you truly love.

When you learn how to incorporate these 6 principles into your life, you have the ability to make a difference to yourself and those around you at whatever level you choose to play the game.

So many people live their day to day lives in a state of stress, panic and anxiety, waiting for the next problem to solve or situation to survive while never really enjoying life or understanding what it’s all about. They live a mediocre life where they are 51% happy and 49% miserable, never doing what it takes to really live a life of purpose and joy.

Living The Strong Life is about being a powerful creator in your world and realising that you can achieve anything you set your mind to … as long as you are willing to do the work.  There is no silver bullet. You will face challenges; however, when you choose to play the big game, you will be amazed at what is possible for you to create in your life.

Most people never get to the amazing feeling of satisfaction where you know you are living your life to your fullest potential. You are capable of so much more than you believe you are, and it is easy than you think to create it.
