POINT #1: Just because you used to do a certain thing or believe a certain belief, doesn’t mean you have to continue to do it.

  • You don’t have to continue to do anything that doesn’t serve you anymore, its all a choice.
  • You don’t have to stay in the relationship, that doesn’t work, just because you’ve been in it for a period of time.

POINT #2: You DO NOT have to live groundhog day everyday of your life.

  • YOU have the choice about how your life turns out, no one else does.
  • YOU decide what you will or won’t accept in your life.

POINT #3: The Time in your life is going to pass, you choose how you spend it.

  • If you are OK being unhappy and miserable then stay in the situations that are shit.
  • If you want something to change then YOU need to make the changes, no one else can do it for you.

  • Identify 1 thing in each of the 4 areas of your life that you want to change and then map out the steps it I’ll take to get there.
