  • This could mean planning ahead, getting up early, going to bed early.
  • Do you promise yourself you’ll change but then you don’t?

POINT #3: DO you make excuses as to why you can’t do what needs to be done?

  • Do you tell yourself you don’t have enough time?
  • Do you find the reasons why it is too hard to do what you know needs to be done?


  • Is your life exactly where you want it to be? OR is there more you can do to achieve your goals?


  • Write down the 3 most important things you would like to achieve in the next 6 months.
  • Write a plan of what needs to happen for you to achieve this.
