POINT #1: DO you live your life stressing about shit that probably won’t ever happen.

  • We create so many stressful situations for ourselves that are pure fiction.
  • The Fear drives us to a place where we spend days worrying about shit that doesn’t matter.

POINT #2: Look through the fear and understand what the chances of the fear really are.

  • You will spend so much time worrying about stuff that never happens.
  • Understand your fear is just a figment of your imagination.

POINT #3: Even if your Fear comes true, stress doesn’t help you.

  • Don’t waste your energy on fear and doubt, back yourself.
  • Trust yourself that you will know how to handle the situation if it occurs.

QUESTION:

  • Find one thing in each of the 4 areas of your life where you STRESS.

ACTION:

  • Realise when you are Stressing and STOP.
  • Identify the sick in the stomach feeling as a sign.
  • Identify fast breathing as a sign.
  • Identify the round and round thoughts as FEAR/STRESS
  • THEN PRACTICE LETTING IT GO.
  • Like any skill it will take time and effort to improve it.
