POINT #1: IT doesn’t matter if you don’t feel like it, just do it.

  • Get off you ASS and do what needs to be done, no matter what
  • Sometimes you need to get moving and then the momentum will take care of itself

POINT #2: Don’t waste time working out why you aren’t moving forward.

  • Don’t waste time trying to work out the “WHY” you haven’t done something, just start doing it.
  • You are waiting for something to happen that will spark you moving forward. It won’t happen

POINT #3: Where are you waiting to feel better, happier, motivated, driven etc before you get moving.

  • You don’t need a reason to move…just move
  • The fact you get going will actually create the momentum to keep you moving.


  • Where in your life are you waiting for someone or something to happen to get you moving in the direction you know you need to go?


  • Identify one place in each of the 4 areas of your life where you want to be moving forward and get moving…NO MATTER WHAT.
