Instead, we can choose to fight forward, focusing on our own growth and development rather than getting caught up in negativity and conflict.

Finally, we need to be willing to let go of negativity and conflict and focus on positive change and progress. When we fight forward, we can create positive change in our own lives and the lives of those around us.
