CRITICAL STRESS TRAINING

Designed for police officers and their families to assist in the acknowledgement and management of on-the-job trauma and minimize the impact on their families.

THERE IS NO BETTER TIME THAN NOW

As a Police Officer, you will see and experience more violence and trauma in a single shift than most people see in their lifetime. When on the job, your first instinct is to protect and save those in danger.

PROTECT YOUR FAMILY

You will take the necessary steps to save someone who you have never met. It is now time to put the priority on helping yourself and the ones you love by dealing with the impact of what you see and experience on the job.

WHEN YOUR WORLD BEGINS TO CRUMBLE AROUND YOU

Do you feel as though your life is starting to come apart at the seams? Are those niggling thoughts you push to the back of your mind starting to make their way forward? Is the cloud becoming darker?

GET SOME HELP

It is time to put your hand up and take the steps to equip yourself with the tools to manage your experiences before it tears your life, your family and you apart. The only one who can take the first step is you.

LET THIS BE YOUR SUPPORT SYSTEM

The human body and mind can only handle so much on its own without adequate support systems in place. Your family, your future and your career all depend on you. Critical stress can have disastrous impacts on you and the people you love.

CRITICAL STRESS TRAINING

Getting started is as simple as downloading my latest ebook. I am not a mental health professional. What I am is a retired Police Officer with 13 years on the job, nine of those years in the K9 unit. This book contains some of what I have learned over the past 16 years educating myself on the topic of Critical Stress, and what has worked for me on my recovery from PTSD, depression, and my battle with suicide.

When I was dealing with my challenges, I could not find any suitable resources that could help me realise that these conditions were very reasonable responses to the violence and trauma I had seen and experienced.

Doctors could tell me why I was the way I was but they COULD NOT tell me how to recover from the situation.

I am hoping this book will help to fill this void for you.
